Join us for a deeply grounded and powerful afternoon of conscious connected breathwork, drum, sound and shamanic healing.
Held in the presence of the mighty Oak — a tree that has witnessed centuries of ceremony, song, dance and devotion — this journey invites you to travel inwards, through the blood and bones of your body, into the ancient wisdom that lives within you and the land itself.
Guided by the rhythm of the drum, supported by shamanic energy medicine, bowls and gong, you will be held in a carefully created sound ritual designed to help you soften out of the thinking mind and into the deeper intelligence of the body.
As the breath opens, you may find yourself connecting with the sacred heart of the ancestral tree, entering a dreamlike inner landscape, and meeting the wisdom, guidance and presence of your luminous ancestors.
