New Moon Shamanic Journey & Sound Session

Join us for a gorgeous weaving of shamanic journey and restorative sound healing on Saturday 25th

2.00pm to 3.30pm in honour of the New Moon in Aquarius. 

This 90 minute session will allow you time to drop into a deep immersive state, safely cocooned in the healing frequencies of sound. 

Sessions are bespoke and intuitively led using a number of different sound healing instruments as well as mantra. 

My sound baths are aimed at supporting your wellbeing and are instrumental at helping you regulate your nervous system while reducing stress and inducing relaxation.
