Across cultures and centuries, people have gathered in circle— to mark change, to move emotion, to pray, to celebrate, to return to themselves and to each other. To feel connected.

This circle is a space to do just that.

We’ll begin by arriving and landing together, with a gentle check-in and a few words about the current energy and what’s moving collectively. From there, we’ll move into free-form drumming and voice — simply allowing our instinct to lead.
