energy medicine and restorative sound.
These 60 minute sessions offer you the opportunity to enter a deeply immersive state, safely cocooned in the healing frequencies of sound, connection, and shamanic energy medicine.
The intention is to create a space where individuals can feel connected, supported, and empowered by their own inner healing whether it's to alleviate physical symptoms, improve nervous system regulation, or find a way to release something deeper such as grief or self-limiting beliefs.
Sound healing is an ancient art, considered one of the earliest forms of medicine. Its full transformative healing power may not yet be fully realized, but we can experience its effects. Through frequencies and vibrations, sound leaves a biological impact on our bodies.
