Experience the transformative power of shamanic sound healing sessions with This Liberating Life.

Immersive sound experiences are a deep vibrational practice and one of the oldest forms of medicine.

Through intuitive playing and the use of the shamanic drum, ethereal singing bowls, and powerful gong, I aim to help calm the nervous system, clear stagnant energy and realign you with your truest self.

For these sessions, please bring mats (yoga, pilates), pillows, blankets (sleeping bags work well)..everything you need to keep you comfortable and warm. Please also bring along a water bottle to help you stay hydrated.

Come as you are... no previous experience is necessary...only a desire to rebalance and reconnect with yourself.
