Join me for a bespoke session that will leave you feeling held by the vibrations and energy of sound, inviting you into deep healing and restoration.

For these sessions, please bring mats (yoga, pilates), pillows, blankets...everything you need to keep you comfortable and warm (think sleeping bags and big socks!). Please bring along a water bottle to help you stay hydrated.
