A gentle sound bath for rest and regulation

Sound & Stillness is a softly held soundbath session created to support relaxation, nervous system regulation and deep rest.

You’ll be invited to lie down or sit comfortably while being bathed in sound from instruments such as crystal bowls, drums and voice. At times there may be silence — these pauses are intentional, allowing your body and mind to settle and integrate.

There is no journeying or sharing required. This is simply a space to soften, breathe, and receive.
