Sound and Stillness

🌿 Sound & Stillness

An evening of deep rest, sound and nervous system nourishment

Sound & Stillness is a space to slow down, soften and deeply rest — but not simply to switch off.

You’ll be invited to lie down or sit comfortably while I work with sound, using instruments such as crystal bowls, drum and voice. The sound is gentle and loving, but it is also intentional — creating a space for your nervous system, body and energy to settle, respond and find their own rhythm.

At times there may be silence too. These pauses are intentional, allowing space for whatever the sound has stirred to settle and integrate.
