A nourishing Sunday sound session for rest, regulation and gentle reconnection

Sound & Stillness is an invitation to soften the body, quiet the mind and allow the nervous system to settle before the week ahead. Held in The Medicine Room, this session weaves live sound, rhythm and moments of stillness to create a deeply supportive, embodied experience.

You’ll be invited to lie down or sit comfortably and simply receive. There is nothing to do, fix or work through — this is a space for allowing. Sound moves through the body in its own way, supporting release, integration and a sense of grounded calm.

Each session is different. Some people experience deep rest, emotional softening or clarity; others leave feeling more present and settled in their bodies.
