Slow Sunday is an invitation to begin the week from a place of greater presence, rather than pressure.
Together we'll gently slow the pace, settle our nervous systems and create space to notice what's here before the demands of a new week begin.
Each gathering may include a blend of gentle grounding practices, guided reflection, journalling, intention setting and a short, intuitive sound integration to help everything settle into the body.
