Join me for a bespoke session that will leave you feeling held by the vibrations and energy of sound, inviting you into deep healing and restoration.

For these sessions, mats and bolsters are provided. Please bring pillows & blankets to help you feel extra cosy...anything you need to keep you comfortable and warm (think sleeping bags and cosy socks!). Please also bring along a water bottle to help you stay hydrated.
