Sound Healing

The power of sound

 

Sound offers a gentle way to settle the nervous system, soften the body, and create space for rest and reconnection. One of the things I value most about working with sound is its simplicity. Sessions are non-invasive and ask very little of you beyond finding a comfortable position and allowing yourself to receive. The vibrations work naturally and intuitively, supporting relaxation and inviting your body's own innate capacity for balance and restoration.  

My sound sessions are held with care and presence, using a blend of instruments and voice, guided by what feels most supportive in the moment. There is no fixed structure - I listen and respond, allowing the sound to unfold in a way that meets you where you are.

I bring the sound and hold the space; you are invited to arrive just as you are, open to receiving the quiet medicine that sound can offer.

Sound healing is an ancient practice, often regarded as one of the earliest forms of medicine. While its full depth continues to unfold, many people experience sound as a powerful way to settle, restore, and reconnect.

Through frequencies and vibration, sound makes a subtle biological impression on the body. It moves in, through, and around us, gently guiding the system back toward balance and a sense of natural rhythm, supporting the nervous system into more regulated states.

 

Sound can also bring clarity and spaciousness to the mind, helping to loosen unhelpful thought patterns and create room for new perspectives. For many, engaging in sound in this way feels deeply restorative, grounding and quietly transformative.

How we can work together using sound 

Private sound sessions offer a gentle, immersive space to slow down, unwind , and reconnect with yourself.

Each session is shaped around your needs on the day and held in a calm, nurturing environment designed to support rest, presence, and nervous system settling. Sound is used intuitively and may be combined with subtle energy awareness, allowing the experience to unfold naturally rather than following a fixed structure.

Sessions are offered as private bookings  and can be shared with others if you wish.

  • 1 person - £50

  • 2 people - £60

  • 3 people - £70 

  • For groups of more than three, please book a short discovery call so we can explore numbers, and intentions.

If it feels supportive, sessions can also include guided journeying alongside sound, within the same duration and exchange.

All private sessions are held in the Medicine Room, Haworth - a calm, intimate space created to support rest, presence, and embodied listening.
